Musical Update – We’re off to see the wizard……. the wonderful Wizard of Oz

We are on the FINAL countdown to the MUSICAL – The Wizard of Oz - only 5 days!!!!!!!!!

Our children are super excited and ready to take the stage!

In case you have not picked up your ticket yet you can secure tickets through the front office. Hurry! Don’t want anyone to miss out. This musical promises to be spectacular!!

Matinee – Wednesday 16^th November – 11:00am for 11:30am start 

Night Performance – Thursday 17^th November – 6:00pm for 6:30pm start

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

Next week will be extremely exciting. This information will be sent out via Compass to all parents as well as posted here in the Newsletter

MONDAY – normal day at school for the children.

TUESDAY – The ‘Dress Rehearsal Day’ - What happens?

• Students DO NOT come to school. ALL students are to go straight to the Mechanics Hall in Harden (where staff will be to meet them) from 8:30am. Students are to wear their SPORTS UNIFORM for this day. Students who travel to school by bus will get off at MURRUMBURRAH HIGH SCHOOL where a staff member will meet them and walk them to the Mechanics Hall. At the end of the day – these students will be walked to the Highschool to get their bus. All other students will need to be picked up from the Mechanics Hall between 3 – 3:10 pm.

WEDNESDAY – The ‘Matinee Performance - What happens?

• All students will come to school in the morning as per a normal school day. The students will be transported to the Mechanics Hall by bus with Trinity staff for the performance. At the end of the performance, students will be brought back to school. All children will leave from Trinity School on Wednesday afternoon.

THURSDAY – The ‘Night Performance - What happens?

• Students will come to school as normal for a normal school day
• ALL students will need to be at the Mechanics Hall by 5 pm on Thursday afternoon to get ready for the Night Performance.
• Dinner and snacks will be provided for all students during the Interval of the Night Performance – however, it is advised each child brings their own drink bottle (water) and a small (labeled) container of snacks for the evening.
