Western Region Swimming Carnival

Last Monday, 15^th February, our Trinity Swim Team travelled to West Wyalong to compete in the Western Region Swimming Carnival.

Our students swam like champions and were constantly supporting their teammates and competitors from other schools in our region.

Competition is always tough at this level, but our students did their best in their heats and swam their hardest throughout the day. Many of our students were in multiple races and felt the exhaustion by the end of the day – as did their vocal support team.

Congratulations to Talia McKay who was successful in progressing to the Archdiocesan Carnival in 12-13 Years 50m Breaststroke. Trinity staff and students wish Talia the best of luck as she prepares to take on this next challenge. The Archdiocesan Swimming Carnival will be held on Monday 1st March in Narooma

 We had 18 students representing at the carnival. Thank you to parents/grandparents for the commitment to travel to the carnival and the support you gave to the students in the pool.
