Wood Raffle

This morning Jilly Parker & Mr Niddrie drew the wood raffle and winner is... Julie Doolan!! Congratulations Mrs Doolan!!

A very special thank you to all our Trinity families for selling the wood raffle tickets and supporting this wonderful fundraising initiative. We’d like to thank the amazing group of grandparents and parishioners who generously volunteered to sell tickets outside Cooper’s Butchery and IGA for the past two weeks and some of our students who sold tickets at the rugby game last Saturday. A special thank you to Julie Doolan for organising the street selling roster and Sam Lenehan and Charlie Lucas for organising the wood. Please return all monies raised for the wood raffle and any chocolates that are unsold, to the front office as soon as possible.

Trinity Recipe Book

As a fundraiser for our school, we are putting together a Recipe Book.

This is a great way for all members of the family to get involved and everyone always loves a great country recipe book. We welcome recipes from past students, grandparents, past & present teachers, Trinity community members etc.

So, we’d like you to email us your favourite recipes in a word document to fiona.bassingthwaigh@cg.catholic.edu.au - Anything from Slow cooker recipes, mains, desserts, cakes, slices, salads etc.

We are aiming for the cookbook to be ready before the end of the year just in time for Christmas.

Please email your recipes by Friday 18 September 2020.

Congratulations to Mr Niddrie

Congratulations to Mr Niddrie, who is gettig married to his fiance, Kaitlin this weekend! We had a fun day of celebrating Mr Niddries 'Buck's Day' on Wednesday where we dressed Mr Niddrie up in a very colourful outfit. His Yr 4 students were 'Team Groom', who helped him with a treasure hunt around the school - each clue containing a Lollypop ring!

Wishing you both all the best on your Wedding.

Updated COVID-19 advice

As advised by NSW Health and CE, students with flu-like symptoms must not attend school or they will be sent home. Students with even mild flu-like symptoms must be tested and can only return to school upon a receipt of a negative test result that must be provided to the school. Where COVID-19 testing has occurred due to flu-like symptoms, and not due to close contact with a positive COVID-19 case, the person being tested must self-isolate until they receive a negative result. Should the result be positive, they are required to self-isolate for 14 days. Family members are not required to self-isolate until the test result is received, although we encourage them to do so. The school must sight a negative test result before students return to school. Students must be symptom-free before returning to school. We sincerely thank our parents who have been very vigilant having their children and family members tested when unwell. Whilst it can be challenging organising this, it certainly pays to keep everyone well in our community.
