Trinity Athletics Carnival will be held this term under similar circumstances to the Cross Country. The carnival will take place at Trinity school ovals and will be conducted as a school sports day. Unfortunately, at this stage, due to the current restrictions in place, parents/carers will be unable to attend but we will be sure to upload as much footage of the day through our Trinity media platforms. The date set for the Athletics carnival is Wednesday 19^th August (Week Five).

Term 3 Canberra-Goulburn Sport cancellations are:

• 20^th August Canberra Goulburn Primary and Secondary Athletics
• Canberra Goulburn Primary Cricket and Touch Football

Boorowa Touch/Netball Carnival

Boorowa Team Organisers are planning to proceed with the 2020 Touch/Netball Carnival but restrictions will be in place due to COVID 19.

The following restrictions may need to be put in place at this stage:

• REDUCED TEAM NUMBERS
• LIMITING TEAM SIZES TO 10 PLAYERS WITH 1 TEACHER, 1 COACH/MANAGER AND 1 REFEREE/UMPIRE
• ONLY ADULTS INVOLVED IN THE TEAM TO ATTEND THE CARNIVAL
• IMPLEMENTING SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES, SIGNS AND MARKINGS AT ALL CANTEENS
• HAVING A SECOND FIRST AID TENT.

At this stage, Trinity has been entered as an expression of interest. I will send out further information to parents as it comes to hand. Let’s hope restrictions may ease before October 23^rd but in the meantime, stay safe and look after each other.
