Making Jesus Real

It never ceases to amaze me the number of wonderful awards I am able to give out to students from Trinity each week in recognition of the ways they are ‘Making Jesus Real’ in the everyday life of Trinity Catholic School. The teachers and fellow students are continuously witnessing and acknowledging the many acts of kindness, compassion, respect and love filtering throughout our school.

Sacrament of Confirmation

Next Wednesday 12^th June,  the children preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation will  join together to participate in their Retreat Day. A reminder to these students to have their Saints Research ready to share on this day.

Please continue to keep the students working towards the Sacrament of Confirmation in your prayers. Confirmation mass is on Sunday the 16th June at St. Anthony’s Church. All families and Parishioners are welcome to join our Year 5 / 6 children for this special Sacramental Mass.

Confirmation Choir

Children from Trinity have been asked to come along and join the choir for our Confirmation mass. If you are able to join the choir please let Miss Wade know next week or just come along to Choir Practice on Thursday. All are most welcome!

Whole School Liturgy

Yesterday, Miss O’Brien and Year 3 / 4 led a whole school Liturgy with the theme ‘Kindness’.  This Liturgy was a beautiful connection to our Trinity values and our MJR focus throughout the school. The children reminded us of the many ways in which we can be kind to one another and that kindness is a gift from God. Kindness helps make the world a better place and it starts with ‘us’.
