Making Jesus Real – LEADERSHIP and INCLUSION

 MJR.jpg

LEADERSHIP: At Trinity we encourage ‘Visible leadership to inspire positive school communities’. All Catholic schools are regularly reviewing their Mission and Vision statements, building on existing strengths, to enhance student learning and sustain the safety and wellbeing of the whole school community. As Catholic Educators, each and every day we invite students and parents to be aware of and grateful for God’s loving presence. MJR brings to life the vision and values of Christ into the nitty gritty of the whole school community’s everyday lives.

INCLUSION: All members of the school community are active participants in building a welcoming school culture that values diversity, and fosters positive, respectful relationships. MJR provides students with the skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with others. Our core hope is that all students have a sense that God is present with them always.

The Installation of Father Lolesio

Last Sunday Archbishop Christopher Prowse joined with our Parish at St. Anthony’s Church to install Fr. Lolesio Gisa as Parish Priest of Our Lady of Mercy and Sacred Heart Parishes. Our Trinity children supported the singing at this mass . Many thanks to all families and parishioners who came along to support Father Lolesio on the special occasion.

Trinity Leadership and Welcome Mass

Next Wednesday, 19th February, Trinity will celebrate our new Ministers at a special Induction Mass at 12:30pm. This will also be our ‘Welcome to the School Year’ mass. All parents and friends are welcome to join us as our Seniors make their pledges to our school community and receive their badges and we welcome all new families and friends to our Trinity community. Parents and friends are invited to afternoon tea on the Library balcony after mass.

Thought for the Week.
