Prayer for Joy
Lord as we enter the Christmas season we want to take time to thank You for sending Your Son to be born as a baby and to become our Saviour so that He can bring peace into the hearts of those that believe and joy to those that find their hope in Him.
Amen
Graduation Mass
This evening we will formally farewell our Year 6 students at their Graduation Mass. This is the last Mass Year 6 will share together as primary students. We thank God for all they have contributed to our school. Over the years they have been at Trinity, these students have faced challenges and have learned and worked together to overcome them. This evening we celebrate their achievements, and together with them, we present our hopes, plans for the future and joys to the Lord. We pray that they may continue to challenge one another and, journeying in faith, hope and love, follow in the footsteps of Jesus.
We wish Sophie, Samantha, Sara, Maddison, Christian, Teneil, Amber and Molly every success for their future. We pray that they may take away with them fond memories of shared experiences that Trinity has given them and the bond of true friendships that will last forever.
The theme for tonight’s Mass is “Reach for the Stars”. Just like the stars in the sky – to be a star you must shine your own light and follow your own path.
May the class of 2019 continue to SHINE bright to LEARN and SUCCEED. As a school community we pray that they may go forward with their lives, keeping their Faith strong and their friendships true, achieving their dreams, facing their challenges, aspiring to great measures and spreading God’s message of love to all of whom they meet.
