Caz Perryman, Principal is passionate about student-centered learning and strives to develop the full potential of each student spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally and physically. Caz has been part of 3 NSW schools, 4 ACT schools and has led Religious Education Coordinators at the Catholic Education Office in Canberra. Caz has a wealth of experience in leadership and feels privileged to be the Principal of Trinity Catholic School. |
Rebecca Cooper, High Impact Teaching Practice Coordinator, Classroom Support Teacher & Year 2/3/4 Teacher has been an educator for 17 years, having worked at Trinity for the last 11 years. Rebecca is passionate about student achievement and incorporating innovative teaching practices and technology into her teaching. Rebecca loves sharing in those ‘light bulb’ moments of learning, encouraging students to continue to discover and most importantly to build confidence and have fun every day.

Jessica Maughan, Year 5/6 Teacher & Indigenous Contact Teacher has been an educator for 13 years and is passionate about fostering a love of learning in our students. She loves working with students to explore new concepts and develop their confidence and curiosity about the world we live in. Student wellbeing and providing a safe and welcoming space for students to learn, grow and take risks in their learning is important to Jessica and she is delighted to be a part of the Trinity community. |
Penny Lucas, Kinder/1 Teacher & Religious Education Coordinator is a third generation teacher and knew she wanted to be a teacher since she was tiny. School for Penny was always incredibly fun and enjoyable, and loves being able to create a really positive and exciting environment with the children at Trinity. A strong sense of community is very important to Penny and Trinity is a place where the feeling of belonging for staff, students and families is always a priority. |
Genevieve Carmody, Year 2/3/4 Teacher & Data Coordinator started teaching at Trinity in 2023. She is passionate about ensuring all learning opportunities are engaging, fun filled and motivate students to achieve their best. Genevieve enjoys encouraging and supporting students to try new things, fostering self-belief and confidence to take into all areas of their lives. Genevieve loves being a part of the Trinity community. |
Natalie, School Counsellor has been part of the Marymead CatholicCare Student and Family Counselling team since 2024. She loves coming to Trinity every Monday and spending time with students. Natalie has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in counselling. She is passionate about supporting children and families and prior to her current role, she worked in Family Preservation. This gave her a keen insight into the importance of early intervention and working wholistically with a child’s support network. |
